At Newlands, we use the Jigsaw PSHE curriculum because this is an approach which develops children's knowledge of a wide range of areas whilst allowing them to be reflective about themselves as individuals.

In PSHE lessons, we allow children the space to be curious through questioning and exploring a range of scenarios related to our world. Alongside the Thrive approach and ACE project we want children to have a secure sense of self and to celebrate who they are and embrace their diversity and the diversity of others.
